Refund policy

Our Exchange Policy is simple and hassle free. Please send product(s) back from any courier service in new condition. Please re-use our flyer or any other good quaity shopping bag at home  to pack products, Dont use Courier flyer as you will be charged extra by them.  Please write what you want to get exchanged on back of invoice. We will do the exchange right away and send it back. If there will be any confusion, our representative will call you.

We will invoice expect delivery charges refund your amount via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Please write your account details on the back of the invoice. We will refund the invoice amount expect delivery charges to you with in 1 month working days after clear all required document and inquiry. if inquiry or document is not clear then it can be delay so be patience.
You must have to make a video parcel opening and parcel packing with our requirement which is mention above.


Exchange process may take 5-7 days and honorable customer just has to pay the shipping.

Note: Only wrong sizes & defective items are refunded or exchanged in Sale.

Item is used, damaged and not in original purchase condition.
Original Seal is not intact if there is one.
Item doe not include all packaging and accessories.

However, we do accept returns on subject to following criteria:
The product(s) should be purchased only from www.tyfit.pk and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.

Return request should be raised within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Product(s) should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).

Original Invoice shall be returned with the product(s).
Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
